Challenge
A CPA firm needs reliable systems for client work and deadlines. Interruptions and slow tickets are expensive.
What we did
Kevin and the team monitor their environment and respond quickly when issues appear, keeping systems usable even when travel takes a tech out of town.
Outcome
Holdredge recommends My I.T. Consultants for close monitoring and fast resolution of IT issues.
“Kevin closely monitors our system and always responds quickly and resolves any I.T. issues that we might have. He keeps our system going even when he is out of town. We highly recommend him!”
