How are the prices on this page structured?
Where we show a number, it is current vendor suggested pricing. Microsoft licenses, Bitdefender, and email backup are shown per year, billed annually. Spam protection, content filtering, and data backup are billed monthly. Ask and we will quote your exact setup.
Is this what I will be billed?
Not necessarily. Your quote may differ based on term, quantity, and the mix of plans.
Can we mix plans and vendors?
Yes. Most offices run a mix — for example Microsoft 365 for staff plus backup and security subscriptions. We help you build the combination that fits.
Do you handle setup, seat changes, and renewals?
